About the Practice

Founded in the late 1980s, our practice has quietly grown alongside Atlanta itself.

For more than three decades, we have been a professional home for seasoned psychotherapists committed to thoughtful, depth-oriented clinical work. While mental health care has changed dramatically over the years, our core values have remained steady: respect for the complexity of human experience, ethical practice, and therapy that is grounded, relational, and responsive.

We are a long-established community of independent clinicians who value clinical judgment, professional autonomy, and sustained therapeutic relationships. Over the years, our therapists have trained, supervised, and mentored generations of clinicians in the Atlanta area.

Our Approach

We believe psychotherapy is both an art and a discipline.

Our clinicians draw from a wide range of evidence-based and depth-oriented approaches, including psychodynamic therapy, trauma-informed care, EMDR, Emotional Focused Therapy for couples, sex therapy, attachment-based work, cognitive and behavioral therapies, and integrative models.

Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all method, we emphasize careful listening, clinical experience, and individualized treatment. Many of our therapists work with complex and long-standing concerns, including trauma, dissociation, chronic anxiety, mood disorders, relationship difficulties, identity development, and life transitions.

Because our clinicians are independent practitioners, each therapist brings a distinct voice and style. What unites us is a shared commitment to rigorous training, ongoing professional development, and therapy that respects both the science and the art of psychological change.
