Getting started is simple. Browse the therapist profiles under Who We Are to find someone who feels like a good fit, then reach out to them directly by phone or email. You'll find each therapist's contact number and email address on their individual page.
Once you have an appointment, you can download the New Client Information Form below. Filling it out at home before your first visit saves time, but if that's not possible, just plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early, and we'll take care of it together.

About Insurance
Your psychotherapist at MPA can provide you with a receipt if you choose to file a claim with your insurance company. Although MPA does not bill for insurance, many insurance companies will reimburse you for out-of-network services.
