Sandra’s approach integrates mind, body, and spirit, supporting clients in developing self-empowerment, insight, and meaningful life change. She has extensive experience working with adult survivors of childhood trauma, individuals in addiction recovery, those managing anxiety or depression, couples, and families. She is passionate about helping clients realize their potential.

Sandra is very thankful to have worked with MPA partners who were close colleagues and so supportive and inspiring in her work.
